Go to the OneDrive home page and sign in with your Microsoft account, if prompted. OneNote automatically saves your work through its notebook syncing feature. To edit any pages, you’ll do so from one of the four tabs lining the top of every Notebook. OneNote for Windows 10 supports notebooks in the OneNote 2010-2016 format.
